Minimal up-front option
$8000 per month on a continual basis, turnaround time for initial launch and active developments quoted before initiation. Additional costs may be required based on usage and external service providers. Includes hosting, routine maintenance, and uptime monitoring.
Front-loaded cost option
$20,000/mo for active development, duration quoted, 2-3 month turnaround time for most Minimum Viable Products. Includes iOS, Android, Web app development. Ask about other devices or outlay plans.
Hosting, maintenance, and other running costs start at $300/month.
Example: Project quoted for 3 months of active development will cost $60,000, paid in thirds per the payment schedule. Then $300 per month in recurring payments for hosting, routine maintenance, and uptime monitoring.
Payment Schedule
For the front-loaded cost option, with minimal running costs, each app development cycle is divided in thirds.
Cost timeline of a project
The first third payment is due before the app development starts.
The second third payment is due 7 days after delivery of the initial draft, before starting a revision cycle. Two revision cycles are accounted for in the cost of each development phase.
The final third payment is due before deployment of your digital infrastructure and transfer of intellectual property.
Acceptable forms of payment
Invoices are payable online by credit card or ACH. Checks are accepted.
