Walking around a park in Bellevue, a jogger appears.
Jogger asked me if he was bleeding, he was very much bleeding. He told me an owl attacked him down the trail, so I asked him to show me where.

We walked a ways down the path. The sun was going down so the jogger departed. I remained as the night took over.
Disappointed that I wasn’t going to see the owl, I started walking back to the parking lot. On the way, I noticed a massive set of wings float from behind to in front of me just over my head.
I drew my flashlight, and on a nearby branch sat the aggressive Barred Owl.

Look at those talons.

He took five or six more passes at me, but never struck.
